In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective, we cover a checkout snag that can cost you orders: a customer gets a $0 total, then the form still asks for a credit card. That feels wrong to them, whether they’re claiming a free offer, using a discount code, or standing at your front counter near closing time. Pinnacle Ai now lets your team turn off card requirements for $0 orders in the Sell Products element on Forms and Surveys. When the total is $0 and nothing recurring is due, the payment fields are hidden automatically. Free and paid offers can live in the same form without extra cleanup. One limit to know: if the Form or Survey is embedded in a Funnel, the Funnel’s Require Credit Card setting controls it instead.
