Inside Pinnacle AI, you can now start a workflow when a badge is issued. So when a learner hits a milestone, the system can automatically kick off the next step. That might mean sending a follow-up email. It might mean giving them a special offer. It might mean adding them to a community so they stay connected with your content. It can also help point them back to review modules or remind them where to continue. To set it up, you'd go to workflows inside automation, then create or edit a build. From there, add a new trigger and choose badges issued. If you only want this workflow to run for certain badge templates, you can add a filter for templates. Then pick the operator and choose the templates you want included. So day-to-day, this helps your team stay on top of learner follow-up without having to remember every milestone by hand.
