This update is built for that kind of moment. Communities have been rebuilt inside the unified client portal and go collab. Members can now move between community discussions and courses without leaving the same portal. If they switch between a course and a discussion, their progress stays preserved. The discussion area has also been redesigned so posts are easier to find, read, and respond to. Members can react, reply directly, view attachments, see events, and get quick profile overviews. For the person managing the group, the controls are closer to the work. From the post itself, the three-dot menu lets your team manage posts, comments, members, and media recordings right inside the discussion tab. Community settings have also been reorganized into clearer sections. One of the bigger changes is content moderation. Here's how that works. In your community settings, you can open content moderation and add keywords you want to flag. You can test those keywords there too. When a post gets flagged, it lands under needs review. From there, a person on your team decides whether to approve it or delete it. And if members report a post themselves, those reports are kept under reported by members, so your team can review them separately. That's the important part. The system can help catch what needs attention, but it doesn't make the final call. A person still reviews the post and decides what happens next. There's also no migration required for this update. Your existing community content, members, courses, and settings carry over automatically. So day to day, this means less hunting around. Courses and discussions stay connected. Moderation is easier to keep up with.ai.
