In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective, we cover a Communities update for owners who use a group to keep customers, members, or clients in the loop. When a video, class, or event gets mentioned, people often have to leave the discussion to watch, check details, or RSVP. Now, Pinnacle Ai can show embedded previews right inside Community posts. Paste a supported YouTube or Loom link in the Discussion tab, and the video preview can appear in the feed. Mention an event with a hashtag, and Pinnacle Ai can add a card with the name, date, time, price, and status, plus registration or RSVP when available. Your team keeps the conversation in one place, and if someone replies with a question, a real person takes it from there. Welcome to the Pinnacle Perspective, a short product update from Pinnacle AI. If you've got a community group for customers, members, or clients, you know the problem. Somebody shares a video or you mention an upcoming event, and suddenly the conversation gets pulled somewhere else. People leave the discussion to watch the content, check the event details, or figure out where to RSVP. That breaks the flow. This update helps keep the conversation where it started. In communities, Pinnacle AI now supports embedded previews for outside content and events. When you're writing a post in the discussion tab, you can paste a supported link, like a YouTube or Loom video, and the post will generate a rich preview automatically. Supported videos can play right in the feed. You can also bring events into the conversation. Add a hashtag or click the hashtag icon. Choose your event, and Pinnacle AI will create an event preview card inside the post. That card can show the event name, date, time, price, and status. Members can also register or RSVP right from that preview card without having to go over to the events page. Here's what that means in a real day. Say you're closing up the front counter and want to remind your group about a paid class next Thursday night. Instead of posting, go find it under events, you mention the event right in a discussion. The details show up there. People can see what it is, when it is, what it costs, and whether they can still register. Or maybe you want to share a quick Loom walkthrough or a YouTube video with the group. You paste the link and the preview shows up in the thread so people can watch without leaving the conversation. The software handles the preview. Your team still owns the conversation. If someone has a question, replies to the post, or needs help deciding whether the event is right for them, that's where a real person steps in.
