You can now save your pinnacle AI QR codes directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. That means instead of digging through saved images, your team can open the wallet on their phone, pick the right QR code, and show it when they need it. Each wallet pass includes helpful details like the QR code type, the associated location, the destination, and other relevant information. So you're not guessing which code goes where. This is especially useful for owners and teams who bring offline customer interactions back into the CRM. If someone scans a code from your counter, your truck, or an event table, that interaction can point them where you intended, without your team fumbling around to find the right image. Here's how it works. Inside Pinnacle AI, go to the QR codes tab in the site section. From there, you can create a new QR code or edit one you already have. When you get to the final step of the builder, choose the option to add the QR code to your digital wallet. Then scan the QR code with your phone and tap add or save. That's it. Now it lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in a format built for that wallet. And if you already have QR codes, you don't need to recreate them. Just open the existing QR code in the editing area and add it to your wallet from there. Day to day, this helps in small moments that matter. A customer is checking out at closing time and needs to scan a form. A lead walks up to your booth and asks where to sign in. One of your texts needs the right QR code while they're out in the field.
