For example, you can create different workflow paths depending on what someone says when they request to join. You can route requests differently, trigger follow-up actions, or use the response content as part of a more intelligent approval process. This is especially helpful as your communities grow. Instead of manually reviewing every request the same way, you can let automations help manage the entire join request lifecycle behind the scenes. Another powerful option is AI-powered screening. Membership question responses can be passed into GPT prompts inside workflows, giving you a way to help manage requests, grant group access, or flag certain requests for manual review.
