Today's update is all about giving you more control over your funnels and websites, specifically the ability to unpublish a single page without taking your entire funnel, website, or domain offline. This is especially useful because funnels and websites are usually made up of multiple pages. Sometimes you need to remove one page from public view, but you don't necessarily want to delete it. Maybe it's outdated content, a seasonal promotion that's no longer active, or a campaign page you want to pause while keeping the rest of your site live. Now, inside Pinnacle AI CRM, you can do exactly that. Here's how it works in simple terms. When you open the funnel or website you want to manage, you can go to the page list, choose the specific page you want to take offline, and open its options menu. From there, you select Unpublish. Before the page is taken offline, Pinnacle AI CRM shows a confirmation dialog with information about what unpublishing that page will affect. Then, you can choose what visitors should see if they try to access that page's URL. You can send them to a standard 404 page, redirect them to another existing page, or redirect them to a custom external URL. Once you confirm, that individual page goes offline. Anyone visiting its URL will be sent to the option you selected, while all of your other published pages stay live and unaffected. This is a small update with some very practical benefits. First, it helps preserve SEO value. Instead of creating broken links when a page comes down, the redirect is built right into the unpublished process. That means traffic can be routed properly as soon as the content is removed from public view. It also helps reduce confusion. In the past, users might disconnect an entire domain when they only meant to hide one landing page. With this update, you can manage the exact page you want without disrupting the rest of the site. And for Teams, there's another helpful layer, accountability. Every publish and unpublish action records who made the change and when, so teams with multiple collaborators can easily understand a page's history. You can also manage this directly from the builder by opening the pages side panel and choosing publish or unpublish as needed. That makes it quicker to manage individual pages without affecting the larger funnel, website, or domain. So, if you're running campaigns, rotating promotions, or cleaning up older content, this update gives you a simpler and safer way to control what stays live.
