So your card becomes more than just a place to share contact details. It becomes a simple hub for guiding leads to the next step. Another helpful addition is smart automation toggles. With open by default, you can have the contact exchange form appear right away when someone opens your card. And with automatic download, your contact information can be added directly to the visitor's device. That helps reduce friction and makes it easier for people to save your details immediately. Here's how it works inside Pinnacle AI CRM. You'll head to the QR codes tab inside the site section and open the QR code builder. From there you can select a profile or business card and start using the new styling options. If you want to capture lead information, you can enable and configure the Exchange contact form. You can use an existing form or create a new one if needed. Once everything is set up, just publish your QR code and start sharing your upgraded digital business card. The big benefit here is control.
