Today's update is all about making longer forms, surveys, and quizzes easier for your leads to complete. Let's be honest, long forms can feel a little overwhelming. If someone needs more time, gets interrupted, refreshes the page, closes their browser, or simply navigates away before submitting, there's always a risk they won't come back and finish. With the new Save Progress feature in Pinnacle AI CRM, you can now give respondents a simple return point so they can complete longer forms in smaller chunks instead of all at once. Here's how it works. Inside the site section, you'll go to your forms, surveys, or quizzes area. From there, open the Settings tab, turn on the Save Progress toggle, and then save your changes. Once that's enabled, Pinnacle AI CRM takes care of the rest. If someone begins a multi-step form, survey or quiz but doesn't fully submit it, their progress can be saved automatically during their response. Then, when they come back later, they'll have the option to continue where they left off or start over with a new submission. That's especially helpful for businesses collecting more detailed information from leads, clients, or customers. Instead of forcing someone to finish everything in one sitting, you're giving them flexibility, and that can make the experience feel much less daunting. There's also a nice built-in branding benefit. The Resume Progress Modal automatically matches the branding of your form, survey, or quiz. It uses your configured label font as the text font and your footer color as the call to action button color, so the experience stays consistent and polished. For marketers, agencies, and business owners using Pinnacle AI CRM, this is a simple but powerful improvement. It helps reduce friction, supports longer response flows, and gives your leads a smoother path to completion.
