Welcome back to the Pinnacle Perspective, the podcast where we cover the latest updates inside Pinnacle AI CRM to help you work faster, cleaner, and with more confidence. Today's update is for anyone creating certificates or badges inside memberships. Pinnacle AI CRM has rolled out a dedicated layers panel in the certificate and badge builder, giving you more control over how your certificate and badge designs are organized before you publish them. So what does that mean in practice? When you open the credentials tab inside the membership section and launch the certificate or badge builder, you will now find a layers tab in the left sidebar. This panel lets you see the stacking order of your design elements, which is especially helpful when you have text, shapes, badges, or other items overlapping each other. Instead of guessing which element is sitting on top or trying to click around until you find the right one, you can simply select it from the layers panel. From there, you can drag rows to reorder elements and adjust how they stack on the certificate or badge. You also have quick controls to lock or remove elements. If there's something important in your design that you don't want moved, resized, deleted, or accidentally edited, you can lock it in place. And if an element no longer belongs in the design, you can remove it right from the panel. Another helpful improvement is placeholder management. If there are invalid custom fields in the certificate or badge, Pinnacle AI CRM will show a message before publishing. That helps you catch broken placeholders before certificates are issued, so you can avoid sending out credentials with missing or incorrect information. The big benefit here is control. This gives the certificate and badge builder a more familiar design tool feel, making it faster to build templates and easier to manage overlapping elements. It also helps prevent accidental edits, which is especially useful when you're working with polished certificate layouts that need to stay consistent. For businesses, agencies, and marketers using Pinnacle AI CRM, this means cleaner certificate and badge creation, fewer publishing mistakes, and more confidence that learners receive credentials that look right and feel complete. So if you use certificates or badges in your memberships area, take a moment to try the new layers panel. It's a small update that can make a big difference in how precisely you build and manage your designs. Thanks for listening to the Pinnacle Perspective. We'll be back soon with more product updates from Pinnacle AI CRM.
