Welcome back to the Pinnacle Perspective, the podcast where we cover the latest updates inside Pinnacle AI CRM to help you work faster, stay organized, and get more from your tools. Today's update is all about making notifications easier to find and manage for forums, surveys, and quizzes. Previously, notification settings were tucked behind an icon inside the builder. That worked, but it could be easy to miss, especially if you were new to the platform. Now, Pinnacle AI CRM has made this much simpler by adding a dedicated notifications tab right inside the builder. So instead of searching around for where to manage notification preferences, you can quickly go to your forms, surveys, or quizzes area inside the site section, open the builder, and use the notifications tab from the top menu. From there you can turn on email notifications so your team is alerted whenever someone fills out a form. This helps make sure important submissions don't sit unnoticed and the right people can respond more quickly. You can also enable an autoresponder. This sends an automated email to the person who submitted the form, including a copy of what they filled out. It's a simple way to confirm that their submission went through and make the interaction feel more immediate and professional. The big benefit here is ease of use. With notifications now placed in a more intuitive location, it is faster to configure your preferences and customize the process to fit how your team works. It also helps reduce manual checking. Instead of constantly going back to look for new submissions, notifications can send relevant data to team members right away. That means high priority submissions can be identified sooner and response times can improve. And for customers, that confirmation email can make a big difference. It reassures them that their form was submitted successfully and helps create a smoother experience from the start. Overall, this update is designed to make onboarding easier, reduce frustration, and help Pinnacle AI CRM users get up and running faster with forms, surveys, and quizzes.
