Welcome back to the Pinnacle Perspective, your quick update on what's new inside Pinnacle AI CRM. Today, we're talking about the Rebuilt Course Progress Analytics Experience, designed to give you a faster and more reliable way to understand how learners are engaging with your courses. If you use courses inside memberships, this update makes it much easier to see what's happening across your learner base. The dashboard now brings key course metrics into one centralized view, including time to complete, along with period-over-period comparisons. You can also filter your analytics by course and enrollment date so you can focus on the exact learner segment you want to understand. Another helpful addition is the Learner Journey Funnel. This gives you a clearer view of how learners move from enrollment through to completion. Instead of digging through disconnected data points, you can quickly spot where learners are progressing and where they may be dropping off. Pinnacle AI CRM has also improved the member progress view. The member progress table now includes more detailed information around enrollment, learner activity, completion, and session details. That means you can zoom out to understand overall course performance, then zoom in to see how individual members are doing. To view detailed data for a specific member, you'll go to the analytics area inside the courses tab of your membership section. From there, switch over to member analytics. Then choose the member you want to review and select the specific product you'd like insights for. Once you're there, you can review that member's course progress in more detail and better understand their experience. The big benefit here is clarity. With the Rebuild Course Progress Analytics, you can track completion trends, identify drop-offs, and drill into individual learner progress from a single dashboard. For businesses, marketers, and agencies delivering courses, this makes it easier to improve content based on real learner data. That's it for this update from the Pinnacle perspective. Dive into Course Progress Analytics inside Pinnacle AI CRM and start getting a clearer view of how your learners are moving through your courses.
