Welcome back to The Pinnacle Perspective, the podcast where we cover the latest updates inside Pinnacle AI CRM for marketers, agencies, and business owners. Today's update is all about making ad creation faster, cleaner, and more consistent. Inside Pinnacle AI CRM, Ad Manager now supports custom values in ad copy. That means details you use often, like your business location or other repeatable information, no longer have to be typed manually into every campaign. Previously, if the same detail needed to appear across multiple offers or ads, you had to add it each time. That created extra work and it also increased the chance of inconsistent copy from one campaign to another. Now, you can use custom values directly inside your ad copy, helping you keep important information consistent while still giving you room to create relevant and varied campaigns. Here's how it works in a simple way. When you're in Pinnacle AI CRM, you'll go to the Ad Manager tab inside the marketing section and create a new campaign. From there, open the ad you want to edit and use the tag icon to insert a custom value. Then you simply choose the custom value you want to add, map it as needed, and save your changes. Once that's set up, those custom values can help populate the right details in your ad copy without needing to manually retype them every single time. The biggest benefit here is efficiency. You can build campaigns faster and reduce the extra work that comes with repeating the same information across multiple ads. It also helps protect your campaigns before publishing. Ad Manager can alert you when custom values are missing, invalid, empty, or exceed character limits, which helps prevent issues before your ads go live. And for teams or agencies using templates, this is especially useful. Campaign templates can retain custom value keys, making it easier to reuse one template across multiple sub-accounts. So whether you're managing one business or working across several accounts, custom values and ad copy help you keep your messaging consistent, reduce manual work, and create campaigns more smoothly. That's it for this update on the Pinnacle Perspective. Thanks for listening, and we'll catch you next time with more improvements from Inside Pinnacle AI CRM.
