Today's update is all about rental bookings and making your booking communication faster, easier, and more reliable. SMS notifications are now available for rental booking events in Pinnacle AI CRM. That means you can send text message updates to clients and team members for things like booking reminders, unconfirmed appointment check-ins, cancellations, rescheduling confirmations, and more. Here's how it works. Inside Pinnacle AI CRM, you'll head to the calendar section and open your calendar settings. From there, go into the Rentals tab, move into Global Settings, and open notifications. Once you're there, you can choose SMS as the notification channel and turn SMS notifications on. Then you can either select an existing template or write your own message. After that, just save your changes and your rental booking SMS notifications are ready to go. The big benefit here is automation. Instead of manually following up with every attendee, you can let Pinnacle AI CRM handle those timely messages for you. You still keep control over the wording of your message and how it is delivered, but you reduce the repetitive back and forth that can slow your team down. This update can also help improve attendance rates. SMS is fast, direct, and mobile first, so customers are more likely to see reminders and important booking updates in real time. And for businesses that need more flexibility, you can use recipient-based templates. That gives you the ability to set different messaging for contacts in businesses so your communication can better match the audience receiving it. So, if you use rental bookings in Pinnacle AI CRM, this is a simple but powerful way to keep clients informed, reduce manual follow ups, and help more people show up on time.
