Welcome back to the Pinnacle Perspective, the podcast where we cover the latest updates inside Pinnacle AI CRM and how they can help your team work smarter. Today's update is all about automations that respond to your team's activity, not just your customers' actions. Inside Pinnacle AI CRM, there's a new workflow trigger called User Replied. This trigger lets you start a workflow automatically after a team member replies to a contact through a supported conversation channel. So instead of waiting for a customer action to move things forward, Pinnacle AI CRM can now react the moment someone on your team sends a response. Here's how it works in simple terms. You'll go into the automation section, open workflows, and create a new workflow. From there, you add the user replied trigger. Then, if you want the workflow to run only in certain situations, you can add filters. Those filters let you define requirements by choosing fields, selecting an operator, and entering a value. Once everything is set, the workflow runs automatically whenever a user replies to a contact and the conditions are met. From there, the workflow can continue with actions like sending notifications, applying tags, assigning contacts, or launching follow-up automations. This is especially helpful for internal processes. For example, management teams can use it to support SOP adherence or performance reviews by automating notifications after team members take action. It can also help with onboarding. You can build automations that move customers through pipelines and notify managers once a customer has been contacted. And for customer care, this opens up a smoother way to create follow-up steps after a team member completes a support request or responds to a special inquiry. That means you can build in check-in points to help make sure customers' needs are actually being met. The big takeaway is that your workflows can now respond more directly to what your team is doing. When a user replies, Pinnacle AI CRM can immediately trigger the next step, helping your business stay organized, consistent, and responsive. That's it for this update on the Pinnacle Perspective. Thanks for listening, and we'll see you next time with more improvements from inside Pinnacle AI CRM.
