Welcome back to the Pinnacle Perspective, the podcast where we highlight the newest features and improvements inside Pinnacle AI CRM. Today, we're talking about rentals, a feature designed to help you manage bookable inventory like spaces, events supplies, equipment, vehicles, and more. Rentals are built for duration-based, inventory-driven bookings. So if your business needs to offer items or spaces that customers reserve for a specific amount of time, this gives you a cleaner way to model and manage those services directly inside Pinnacle AI CRM. Here's how it works. To create a rental listing, you'll start in your calendar section and open calendar settings. From there, you'll go to the Rentals tab, create a new listing, and fill in the details for your rental product. That listing becomes part of your bookable inventory, giving customers a way to reserve what they need while giving your team centralized control over the booking process. One of the biggest advantages here is booking management. Rentals include a full system for creating and tracking bookings throughout their life cycle so you can stay organized from the moment a rental is created through the rest of the booking process. You also get flexible pricing options. That means you can configure pricing to better match the way your business operates, including seasonal pricing, tiered pricing, security deposits, and special offers based on rental duration or quantity. And for businesses that offer bundles or setups, rentals also supports multi-item bookings. Customers can book multiple rental listings in a single checkout, which is especially useful for event setups, combined equipment rentals, or any situation where several items need to be reserved together. This opens up new possibilities for businesses in areas like vacation rentals, vehicle rentals, equipment rentals, events, co-working spaces, and mobility services. So if your company manages inventory that needs to be booked for a set duration, rentals in Pinnacle AI CRM gives you a more intuitive and organized way to do it. That's it for this update on the Pinnacle Perspective. Thanks for listening, and we'll see you next time with more product updates from Pinnacle AI CRM.
