That means you can keep an eye on your SMS performance more efficiently and make real-time adjustments to how your messages are being sent. Here's how it works inside Pinnacle AI CRM. When you're in any dashboard, you can edit the dashboard, add a new widget, and then choose from the new SMS section. From there, you pick the SMS widget you want, configure your filters, choose the chart type that works best for your reporting, and save your changes. Once added, these SMS widgets give you a much better understanding of what's happening across your messaging. You can monitor delivery health by seeing how many messages were sent, delivered, failed, or undelivered during a specific time period. That helps you quickly spot issues and understand whether your SMS communication is reaching contacts successfully. You can also break down SMS volume by source, such as workflow, campaign, or bulk action. And you can view activity by team member so it's easier to understand who sent what and where those messages came from. Another helpful improvement is two-way visibility. You're not just tracking outbound messages anymore. You can also see inbound SMS activity, which gives you a better picture of how conversations are performing overall. There are five ready-to-use SMS widgets, and they're fully configurable. They're also available in custom metrics, so you can build KPIs like delivery rate or inbound volume using the formula builder.
