That means you can bring more of your automation, lead capture, marketing, and customer outreach together while still managing jobs the way you already do. Here's how it works. You'll start in your House Call Pro account by opening My Apps and heading to the App Store. From there, you'll go into API Key Management and generate an API key with full access. Then inside Pinnacle AI CRM workflows, you can add a House Call Pro trigger or action. When prompted, you'll connect your account by pasting in that HouseCall Pro API key. Once connected, HouseCall Pro can become part of your workflow automation. For home service teams, that opens up some really useful possibilities. You can respond more efficiently when bookings are made, when jobs are rescheduled, or when jobs are completed. Instead of manually keeping everything moving, your workflows can help support those key moments in the customer journey. It also gives you more flexibility in how you configure your processes. You can build workflows that help maintain customer satisfaction while still managing your jobs in HouseCall Pro the way your team is used to. And for marketers and agencies, this can also improve lead capture. You can run your marketing and acquisition process inside Pinnacle AI CRM, then move projects into HouseCall Pro once that process is finalized. So in short, HouseCall Pro can continue handling the job management, scheduling, and customer-facing service side of the business, while Pinnacle AI CRM helps with lead capture, marketing, automation, and cross channel customer outreach.
