Today's update is all about audit logs and giving your team better visibility into preference and subscription management activity. Audit logs already help you track and manage changes across your account, making it easier to support customers and understand what happened, when it happened, and who made the change. Now their reach has been expanded to include preference management so you can see more detailed activity around contact preferences and subscription types. Here's how it works. Inside Pinnacle AI CRM, you can go to your account settings, open the audit logs area, and choose audit logs. From there, you'll use the module drop-down and select Preference Management. Once you're viewing those records, you can open the details for each change to see exactly what was updated. The modified details will show the changed values, including the previous and updated information. This is especially helpful when your team needs to understand preference updates made by logged in users. You'll be able to check which preferences were updated, when those changes happened, and what the values looked like before and after the update. You can also monitor subscription type changes in the Preference Management Hub. That means you can see who made a subscription-related change, when it occurred, and which settings or details were adjusted. The big benefit here is transparency. With expanded audit logs for preference management, your team has a clearer record of activity, which helps with accountability, reporting, compliance, and customer support. And because audit records can be exported, it's easier to keep your team informed and maintain reliable documentation when you need it. So, if you manage customer preferences or subscription settings inside Pinnacle AI CRM, this update gives you a stronger way to track changes and provide more complete support.
