In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective, we cover an improvement to submission management for forms, surveys, and quizzes inside Pinnacle AI CRM. Manage Fields now displays all fields from the form definition, even if those fields have not received any submission data yet. This allows businesses, marketers, and agencies to configure submission views in advance, organize columns more effectively, and prepare reporting without relying on test or live submissions to make fields appear. The update provides better visibility, cleaner data management, and a more predictable workflow when building or updating forms, surveys, and quizzes in Pinnacle AI CRM. Welcome back to the Pinnacle Perspective, the podcast where we keep you up to date on the latest improvements inside Pinnacle AI CRM. Today's update is all about making submissions easier to manage across forms, surveys, and quizzes. Previously, when you opened Manage Fields, you would only see fields that had already received data in at least one submission. So if you had a field on your form that no one had filled out yet, it wouldn't appear as an available column. Now that's changed. Manage fields now includes fields directly from the form definition. That means you can see all fields from your form, survey, or quiz, even if those fields don't have any submission data yet. Here's how it works in Pinnacle AI CRM. When you're inside the forms, surveys, or quizzes area, go to the submissions page. From there, open manage columns. You'll be able to choose fields from the drop-down menu by checking the fields you want to include. Then you can reorganize those fields in the order that makes the most sense for your workflow and apply the changes. The big benefit here is visibility. If you've added new fields or you're preparing a form before submissions start coming in, you no longer have to wait for data before managing your columns. You can set up your submission view ahead of time and make sure the most important fields are ready to track. It also gives you more control over your data. Your submissions management experience becomes more complete and predictable because the fields are available before the responses arrive. And for reporting, this makes things simpler. You can prepare your reports and views without needing test submissions or live submissions just to make a field appear. So, if you're working with forms, surveys, or quizzes in Pinnacle AI CRM, this update helps keep your submission management cleaner, clearer, and easier to organize. That's it for today's Pinnacle Perspective. Thanks for listening, and we'll be back soon with more updates to help you get even more out of Pinnacle AI CRM.
