Now, instead of waiting for an AI suggestion after you open a conversation, Pinnacle AI CRM starts preparing a suggested response in the background as soon as a contact replies. That means when you open the conversation, the reply suggestion can already be there, ready for you to review. The new experience also includes a cleaner, redesigned suggestion card, making it easier to read the AI-generated response, edit it, rewrite it if needed, and send it when you're ready. And that last part is important. You are always in control. These suggestions are only drafts. Nothing is ever sent automatically. Conversations AI can help you move faster, but the final message is always your decision. Here's how it works in everyday use. When a customer sends a message, Conversations AI begins creating a suggested reply in the background. Once you open the conversation, you can review the suggestion, adjust the wording, or completely rewrite it if you want a different tone or response. When the message looks right, you simply send it to the customer. And if the customer sends a newer message before you respond, the suggestion refreshes so it stays relevant to the latest conversation.
