Conditional visibility just got more flexible and easier to manage. The big idea is that conditional visibility now works at the layout level. Instead of adding the same rule to each individual element, layouts in the email builder now have their own visibility tab next to edit. That means you can apply a single condition to an entire block or section and keep your templates tidy. We've also added smarter value-based operators. You can now use isempty and is present when building conditions, which helps you handle missing or blank data more gracefully. And the visibility drop-down includes every custom field, attachments included, so you can base rules on the full range of contact data you store in Pinnacle AI CRM. Using it is straightforward. In the email builder, select the layout or an element, open the visibility tab, and toggle on conditional sending. Pick the field you want to evaluate, choose the condition, for example, is empty or is present, and enter a value if the condition needs one. Save, and that layout will show or hide based on the rule you set. What does this give you? First, cleaner templates, no more duplicated rules spread across lots of elements. Second, better handling of empty or missing values, so your emails and pages look polished even when some data isn't available. And third, more powerful personalization overall, because you can now build conditions using any custom field, including attachments.
