In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective we highlight two usability updates inside Pinnacle AI CRM: a “Me” pipeline filter and a Primary Contact Notes column in Opportunities list view. The “Me” filter uses a Smart Tag or Smart List rule on Owner or Follower set to “me,” creating a shared, personal pipeline that automatically shows opportunities associated with the current user. The Primary Contact Notes field can be enabled in list view so key context from your contact appears without opening each record. Together these changes reduce manual filtering, standardize “my opportunities” across teams, and speed prep for calls, daily triage, and follow-ups for businesses, marketers, and agencies.
