We also added a breakdown that tells you exactly why messages failed, so instead of guessing, you can take targeted fixes. And there's an opt-out trend line with a 2% marker so you can monitor subscriber health and tweak messaging before opt-outs become a problem. Access is straightforward inside Pinnacle AI CRM. Go to your account settings, open the phone system settings, and switch into messaging analytics. The default view covers the last 30 days, but you can expand that window up to 90 days if you want a broader trend picture. Every summary card is interactive.
