In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective... we cover a new workflow enrollment option in Pinnacle AI CRM that extends appointment triggers to multiple participants. The Customer Booked Appointment and Appointment Status triggers now let you enroll just the primary contact, the contact plus any guests, or guests only. Workflows will run once for the main contact and once per guest when selected, though guests added after booking are not enrolled retroactively. This update automates reminders, confirmations, and post-meeting sequences for every attendee, reducing manual follow-up and missed messages. Agencies, marketers, and businesses running multi-person meetings will benefit from cleaner, more reliable communications and saved time through targeted outreach.
