In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective, we highlight a workflow improvement in Pinnacle AI CRM that simplifies attaching media to automation actions. You can now click Add Attachment inside any media-supporting action to upload a file or select an existing asset from Media Storage, and the chosen attachment will persist once validation (file type and size) passes. Inline errors explain unsupported or oversize files, preventing broken media in automations. Copied actions retain their attachments, and existing workflows remain unchanged. For businesses, marketers, and agencies this reduces repetitive uploads and link pasting, cuts errors, and speeds campaign setup so teams can focus on strategy rather than busy work.
