In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective... we introduce Conversation AI’s new in-chat service booking integrated with Pinnacle AI CRM’s Services Calendar. Customers can schedule appointments across SMS, Live Chat, and social messaging without leaving a conversation. The update adds a memory layer to retain context if topics shift, ambiguity detection to request clarifying details, and a booking preview so customers confirm date, time, and service before saving. Administrators enable Appointment Booking in the AI Agents > Conversation AI tab, select Services, choose offerings, and set booking instructions for quick deployment. For businesses, marketers, and agencies this conversational-first workflow reduces friction, minimizes back-and-forth, frees staff time, and improves conversion and customer experience.
