You can choose from four distinct layouts, set a default for multi-slide surveys and override any slide, and fine-tune corner radius and spacing for left/right placements. Access the controls in Site > Forms or Surveys > Style Settings, enable Show Image, upload your picture, then pick a layout and adjust spacing and rounding. These visual tools help businesses, marketers, and agencies align forms with brand design, boost engagement and perceived quality, and improve completion rates by delivering cleaner, more professional experiences for prospects.
