In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective... we introduce Facebook Post Sync, a Social Planner enhancement in Pinnacle AI CRM that automatically imports your recent Facebook posts — including text, images, videos and basic engagement metrics — so everything shows up alongside scheduled content. By centralizing past and current Facebook activity inside the Social Planner, teams no longer need to rebuild or re-enter posts to analyze or repurpose them; posts retain original publish dates for accurate historical reporting. The result is less manual work, faster campaign review, and clearer performance insights for businesses, marketers, and agencies managing multiple clients or channels. Enable Post Sync when you connect a Facebook account to keep your social history up to date. Learn more about Pinnacle AI CRM at https://getpinnacle.ai

Welcome And What Changed

SPEAKER_00

Welcome to the Pinnacle Perspective. I'm glad you're here. Today we're looking at a small but powerful update inside Pinnacle AI CRM that keeps your Facebook activity visible and useful. Meet Facebook PostSync, a feature inside the social planner that automatically pulls your recent Facebook posts into Pinnacle AI CRM. Instead of hopping between platforms or rebuilding past posts by hand, your recent content, text, images, videos, and basic post analytics shows up right in the social planner where you manage everything else. Turning it on is straightforward. Open the marketing area and go to Social Planner. When you connect a Facebook account, just enable the option to sync posts automatically. If your Facebook is already connected, you can open the account settings, that little gear icon, find the Facebook profile, and switch on post sync there. Once enabled, the system fetches posts from the last 30 days and keeps them updated via background syncs. So what does that get you? For one, centralized control. Your Facebook post history lives inside the social planner alongside scheduled content, so you can see everything in one place. You won't have to recreate past posts to analyze or repurpose them. The original post text, media, and basic engagement data are imported for you. And because posts come in with their original published dates, your historical reporting stays accurate. That means cleaner insights when you're reviewing performance over time or comparing past campaigns to new ones. In short, Facebook Postsync saves time, reduces manual work, and improves the reliability of your social reporting inside Pinnacle AI CRM. It's especially handy for marketers and agencies who need a clear, consolidated view of social activity without switching tabs. That's it for this update. Try enabling Facebook Postsync in your social planner and see how much smoother managing social content can be. Thanks for listening to the Pinnacle Perspective. We'll be back with more ways Pinnacle AI CRM helps your team work smarter.
