In this episode of The Pinnacle Perspective we introduce a direct export for email marketing data inside Pinnacle AI CRM, making campaign metric extraction faster and cleaner. From the Marketing area’s Emails > Statistics you can export CSVs—deliveries, opens, clicks—and have them sent to specified email addresses as a secure download link (available for 30 days); recent exports from the last 30 days are also redownloadable. Exports can be scoped to all campaigns, only email campaigns, individual Workflow email actions, or bulk actions, enabling more targeted analysis. This update simplifies data management, accelerates reporting, and makes sharing results with teammates, clients, or partners more secure and actionable for marketers and agencies.
