Welcome to the Pinnacle Perspective, the short update show where we walk through the newest features inside Pinnacle AI CRM. Today's update makes managing business-to-business relationships much easier. Bulk Import and Export for companies. If you've ever moved company lists into a CRM or needed to hand off data to another system, this one's for you. Here's how it works in plain terms. When you want to add or update many company records at once, go to the contacts area and open the Smart Lists tab. Choose Import, Upload a CSV, and then map the columns in your file to the matching fields inside Pinnacle AI CRM. When everything lines up, start the bulk import and the system will create new company records or update existing ones based on the data you provided. Exporting is just as straightforward. In Contacts, open the companies tag, pick the records you want to share or extract, and hit export. You'll get a standardized CSV that's easy to use in reporting tools or to transfer to external systems. Why this matters? First, it improves data accuracy during onboarding by removing the mead to add or extract records one by one. No more manual copy and paste for dozens or hundreds of companies. Second, it speeds up migrations and reporting. A single standardized CSV file is compatible with most tools, so moving data between platforms or preparing analyses becomes a simple, repeatable step. And third, it makes collaboration smoother. Bulk actions let you share large datasets with external teams or stakeholders without introducing the typical human errors that come from manual handling.
