Update Overview

SPEAKER_00

Welcome to the Pinnacle Perspective, your quick update on what's new inside Pinnacle AI CRM. Today's update makes it easier to see who did what on your sites. If you manage a team or multiple sites, you know how important it is to track changes. We've expanded the audit logs so you can now see deleted site assets with clear details. To check this out, open your account settings and go to audit logs. Use the module filter to narrow things down. Pick the area you want to inspect, like funnels, websites, stores, or webinars. Then filter actions to show deleted entries and set the timeframe you want to investigate. The results will list deletion events so you can quickly review what was removed. What's new under the hood? Audit log entries are now created for section templates, global sections, universal sections, element templates, and universal element templates. When any of those assets are deleted, the log records a deleted entry that includes the asset name and its ID. That means you're not guessing what went missing. You get concrete details to act on. Why this matters for your business? It tightens up record keeping so template and section deletions don't vanish without a trace. It makes asset management across sites simpler and it improves accountability across your team. If something important disappears, you can identify what was deleted, when it happened, and start your investigation right away. Small but powerful. Better visibility means fewer surprises and faster recovery when things go wrong. We hope this update makes coordinating work across your team and your Pinnacle AI CRM sites a lot smoother. Thanks for tuning in to the Pinnacle Perspective. Try the updated audit logs next time you need to track site asset changes, and we'll see you on the next product update.
